From the testimony at the Condemnation trial, session on March 3rd: "Asked whether she had held any babies at the holy font [for baptism] there, she replied that at Troyes she had held one; but as for Rheims she didn't recall, nor at Chateau-Thierry; and additionally she had held two at Saint-Denis. And she liked to give the name 'Charles' to the boys, in honor of her king; and 'Jehanne' to the girls, and sometimes according to whatever the mothers wanted."
